Reminder: Wednesday is Instagram fun day, and playing with making our own "filters" via Photoshop actions/scripts.
Please examine instagram (or instagram-style) photos over the next few days, and think about how the software is used - what are people photographing? what do people share in this way? how do the visual overlays work, and why are the decisions to use specific effects made? SHOOT! Use either your normal digital camera or a camera phone (as long as you can bring the images separately to class on Wednesday), and play off of the instagram idea - document your life! Your food!
